MAKE-UPS AND CANCELATIONS POLICIES

CLINIC MAKE-UPS

While we make every effort to accommodate make-up requests, make-ups are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Make-ups may not be transferred to another person, redeemed for credit/cash, and must be used within the current session (i.e., do not carry over to the next session).

Step 1: In order to qualify for a make-up you must notify us in writing at least 24 hours in advance of the missed class. Either text us at (833) 601-0174 or email us at info@murrayhilltennis.com with the date(s) you are out.
Step 2: Stop by our front desk, or call us at (908) 665-1141, to schedule the make-up(s). 

Adult Clinics: Two (2) make-ups are permitted per session. No player substitutions; you are welcome to have someone attend class in your place at the clinic drop-in rate.

Junior Clinics (all programs except High School Prep and Performance): One (1) make-up is permitted per session.
Junior Clinics (High School Prep and Performance): Two (2) make-ups are permitted per session.

CLINIC PAYMENTS Payment is due in full at the time of registration. If you have a card on file with us, this will be billed automatically. If you do not have a card on file with us, or are unsure of your account status, please give us a call at (908) 665-1141.

CLINIC WITHDRAWALS

Refunds and credits will not be issued for any missed classes or missed make-up classes. No refunds/credits will be issued for weather-related postponements or cancelations. If you withdraw from your clinic, any make-ups are forfeit.

CANCELATION POLICY FOR SINGLE LESSONS (I.E., NOT A SERIES), COURT RENTAL RESERVATIONS AND DROP-IN CLASSES (E.G., CARDIO TENNIS, CLINIC & PLAY, TENNIS 101, ETC.)

For all no-shows and late changes/cancelations (i.e., without 24 hours notice), players will be charged 100% of the lesson, court rental fee or drop-in charge. In order to cancel without penalty you must notify us in writing at least 24 hours in advance of the missed private lesson, court rental reservation or drop-in. PRIVATE LESSON SERIES MAKE-UPS

We allow up to two (2) make-ups per 12-week private lesson series. For all no-shows and late changes/cancelations (i.e., without 24 hours notice), no make-up will be permitted.
